Personally I disagree and feel that Luongo didn't play very well but where were the Sedins when it mattered? No where to be found. Where was the vaunted defense? So i have just started taking these vitamin B50 Complex pills, and i just missed my period for the month of June. I have been taking 2-3 a day with meals. Now usually i wouldn't worry about a missed period, but because i had unprotected sex on may 28, i am a little concerned. I am not on the pill, ( used to be but haven't taken it for about 7 months, and all my previous period have still been regular). There are ways of writing to show emotion without using non-sentences like "damn." or "screw them." Look at some of your favorite books and try to emulate their style of writing. Published authors use tools to convey the messages and emotions of their characters without saying outright how they feel. In other words showing instead of telling.

Orange or Vox Guitar Amp?

Yeah the Laney tube amps are pretty killer, I had a 20 watt Lionheart with 4 10's. I have had a couple Orange tube amps and to me they do one thing really well but aren't all that versatile. It wouldn't be my choice for blues. The AC30 is a great amp and is one of many amps I considered, but after playing a ton of amps the Mesa Boogie Lone Star Special was the amp for me. I also play blues and rock, the LSS can do anything from Fender cleans to really serious distortion and the reverb is excellent.

Sounds like you used the wrong kind of sugar. You haven't said what you used besides butter and sugar, but if those are the ingredients(aside from any flavouring), you could add a little milk, cream, or evaporated milk and make a cooked fudge. Chocolate would be an excellent addition, since white sugar doesn't make a good flavoured fudge all by itself. Look up a cooked fudge recipe. You'll see that it's mostly sugar, some butter, and a liquid.

As a former Catholic, I first will say I FULLY understand Catholism so no Catholic needs to say "well you don't know". Anyway the religiousity around Mary is my question. If you feel the Holy Bible is God's word and at the end Revelation it gives a stern warning about adding or changing anything in this book, why do you then follow the Catechism? Read the 4 Gospels again from start to finish, every word. I do not see ONE command from Jesus saying we are to pray to Mary, however He says to worship the Lord your Father with all your heart, mind, and soul. I do not see Jesus setting up Mary as the queen of Heaven either as your intercessor. So ask yourself who did this? God or man? The Catholic same response on here is "well we pray to Mary because we are asking her to pray for us" "we do not worship her", etc. Yet, Catholics will go to church this weekend at some of your churches, kneel at her statue, light a candle, etc. Worship or not? Hmmm. They will then say the "rosary", where they plead with Mary to hear their prayers. Praying to her as she is a God or not? Where is Jesus in the Catholic church? Is He just a son of Mary to you or to God?

Is Eastenders the best soap out there?

In my humble opinion Eastenders is one of the best soaps out there. The story lines are always gritty and interesting. The acting is a lot more geniune and more realistic than most other soaps. They have courage to make story lines that are a bit out there but they carry it off. At the moment I am loving it. The return of Ronnie and many of the other story lines are compelling and dramatic. The only character I dont particularly like is "Fat Boy". He just doesn't seem to fit in but Eastenders far surpasses any other soap. Since I got Sky Planner I haven't missed an episode. Definitely deserved to win the soap awards because 2010 was one of there best years. What do you think?

Vegetarian help - want to become healthy?

It is extremely easy to become vegan or vegetarian... The thing is you just have to do it. Like tomorrow just say I am cutting out meat forever. You will find food to eat.. It is quite simply. But if you prolong it you wil just stay addicted to animal products.. It is easier to pull off the band aid.. Knee pain when bending & kneeling?

I have a 4 month old baby & about a month or so ago I started easing back into exercising. I started off slow & now I'm doing about 45 mins. 5-6 days a week. I was in good shape before but did gain 40 lbs. (I have about 10 left now). Anyways, I'm doing 15 mins of running on the treadmill & 10 mins. of incline walking followed by 20 mins. of weights & band exercises about 2-3x a week & the other days I do cardio & strength training videos. I've noticed lately that my knees have been hurting only when I bend or kneel. It almost feels like they're stiff. So I'm not if it's from the running cause my body isn't used to it & maybe the extra weight doesn't help or if it's even from all the kneeling I'm doing changing my son's diapers? I don't feel like I'm overexercising at all or overdoing it. I used to exercise a lot before! Any tips?

You need to get his energy out constructively (tired kids don't have the energy to do all that, lol) Sign him up for a sport (gymnastics is great at that age) and take him to a park every day along with swimming in the summer and lots and lots of running. It is very normal for boys to be like that, it will get better around 4 years old, I swear!

Usually I only have big bowl of cereal with milk every morning, then i just have some juice for lunch, go out to eat with my friends at night (. I have school and work at the same time. I'm a pharmacy technician so it's stressful. I drink water most of the time when i feel hungry, because i'm too tired to eat. I'm 5'3 and weigh 107 lbs, but now only 104. and when I'm busy i just have one meal a day, and i get acid reflux. I usually have it, so I take medicine almost everyday. I have a high metabolism and I can't gain weight easily. It doesn't affect my skin, i have fair skin, but I keep losing weight!! In the last few months I've noticed a real change in her. Cant put weight on my knees.?

I have had cracking sound in my knees when i bend them for about ten years now. When you write something and then re read it again after a number of years it wil always seem pretty naff but I can assure you this particular excerpt is certainly not naff. It is a good solid piece of writing that tends to drag you into the story. It sounds as though it comes from the Hitler days or from stories such as 1984 but there is nothing wrong with the writing at all so I would stop worrying about it and write another short story. I'm 5'5" & about 125lbs. This may be considered a healthy weight, but the weight is mostly in my belly & sides (love handles). I bought a bottle of fat burning pills from dollar general called "super fat burning system". The directions are to take 2 tablets before a meal with a glass of water on an empty stomach. It doesn't specify if you do this before every meal or once a day. Has anyone taken these specific supplements & does it actually work? I know they're generic & cheap but i thought i would atleast give it a shot.

Okay, I just finished my freshman year at high school, and the first day of school that year, I immediately started crushing on this guy- like MAJOR-ly. I'm one of those girls that will like a guy until I don't see him anymore- yeah I know, it's weird. I haven't stopped liking him... and I think he MAY like me.... Lol the first day of school, our Advisement Professor asked us what our goals were for that year, and he said (outloud) "My goal is to get with that blonde girl in the front row" and I looked around and I was the only blonde in the front row... My friend would put a check mark on my paper every time he looked at me, and at the end of class, I would have at least twenty checks on my paper... Then he started kneeling down by my desk and would try talking to me... but he's super shy, so he would speak reeeaally quietly, and would smile a lot. He must've done that like- five times. Then a month ago, he came and sat by me in class, when there were three other seats next to wayyy prettier girls open. He was really sweet and talked to me the entire period, again in a really shy and quiet way :) We're also really sarcastic in sort of a cute way around eachother. Does this mean he likes me? What do these symptoms sound like?

So I understand that to get a definitive answer I need to go to a doctor but I'm hoping to get at least some kind of idea what's going on. I'm a 21 year old, usually healthy female. For a little over a week I have been sick. I had a hangover 9 days ago and I got MUCH sicker than I should have (Granted I felt a little sick two days before). I've been feeling weak, slightly sick to my stomach and tired ever since. I usually have a pretty good appetite all day but lately I've had NO appetite and I have to force myself to eat at least a meal a day. Every time I drink soda, sweet tea or eat a heavy meal I get really sick to my stomach and have to run to the bathroom. Any ideas what is going on here? Today my momma was dying my hair, I was kneeling on the floor of my bathroom which the door and window were both open. I have never had an experience like this before that included hair dye. I take aloe vera capsules everyday, and it's helped me SO much. Just as aloe vera heals us externally when we have burns or whatever, it also helps heal the stomach lining and therefore can relieve your symptoms. I'd suggest trying a bottle and seeing how you feel. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and again at night. But as everyone tells you, keeping a food diary is vital. I found out my biggest triggers are the two things I love most - lactose and gluten. On a teacher's salary, I can't afford the lactose free or gluten free alternative 90% of the time, so instead I invested in a gluten/lactose enzyme (they're at any health store, I found mine at Whole Foods). They help break down the food before it reaches the small intestine, and prevent a reaction. Soda can be a big culprit. A girl I work with who had IBS symptoms had her life literally turn around 3 months ago when she stopped drinking the stuff. And it's time to start experimenting. Like, maybe going one day without any processed sugars, one day without red meat, one day without (fill in the blank, suspect-food) and see how you feel. Recipe wise, there's TONS out there on the web. Lots of�specialty�blogs catered to IBS-safe recipes, gluten-free, etc. And I love Epicurious and Allrecipes for ideas. Good luck!

My thigh hurts, what is it?

my left thigh on the side and front hurts when i lift it, or when im walking up and down the stairs. im pretty sure its my muscle. yesterday i was bending my knees down a little but i was still standing up & then i knelt and i got a pain. is it a muscle knot? and how can i make it go away.

Distended stomach, please help?

I am quite fit and healthy, I exercise practically everyday (mostly kickboxing, walking, and strength training). I also try my best to make sure I eat very healthy. I'm lactose intolerant I'm not much for meat/fish but I make sure to get all my nutrients in my meals. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 120 (it varies from 120 to 123 from time to time). I have a pretty strong core and I know there is still a small amount of fat around my stomach but my stomach always looks HUGE. I have some GI problems but I'm on medicine for that and my stomach doesn't hurt or feel bloated. Is there something I could be doing wrong or something that I'm not doing to fix this?

My Knee Pops out and really hurts when I bend down?

Since last Tuesday when I bend or kneel down I get this really sharp pain on the inside of my knee and it pops out of place. I don't think I have down anything in particular to hurt it but I am an international competitor in dance and so do a lot of training. Sometime when I try and straighten it again it feels like its stuck and I have to wait a few seconds for it to stop hurting. Dont shorten your food intake. You need at least 2500 calories a day. My suggestion is dont eat three big meals but six small ones. It will keep your metabolism going all day which in turn will help with weight loss. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Eat about once every 3-4 hours. Hope this helps.

Help i have pain in chest when eating hot food.?

Sometimes when i eat hot food, not spicy hot but oven hot ill get this terrible pain in my chest that feels like a heart attack. The pain will last about 6 seconds and then ill be ok. Ill only get this once during the meal which is usually in the first 3 bites and then im ok. Again ill probably get this pain once every 3 meals. I never get this with snacks and cold food. I loved the first paragraph. It is a very dramatic and intense death scene. I like the details and the intricacies of a potential vampiric death. I had a dream about a golden angel?

I ran through some door that lead me to the other side of some place. I don’t know how I got there. I was originally chasing after some guy who used blasphemy against God but it looked like I was in another dimension…On this side I could see the man become a dark creature or a demon. He was about to be punished for what he had said by being bounded and hanged. Well I saw a noose heading our way but it wasn’t used yet. The background had two sides: a side that looked like hell, which the demon was heading for & a side that looked like heaven. Then it looked like I was in between the divide and it looked like swirling spiraling clouds. From the heaven side came these very tall golden figures. There were 3 of them & I called them angels. But they didn’t look like the typical angels that you see on television. They were golden, very great in height, almost skinless and very radiant. The demon had looked like a real demon too. Nothing like on TV either. Very grotesque and full of hatred. Its back was hunched and it was black. I didn’t look at it much. But in a way the angels looked like aliens, thought the were not. The head angel approached me & I become afraid. I thought that I did something bad & would die, if I already wasn’t dead. It told me that the presence of God was here and I should bow down. So I did. Then it asked me why I followed the man to where I was, where ever that was. I was confused why it wouldn’t know but I figured it was testing me so I told it because the man or thing said a blasphemy against God & I didn’t want it to get away with it. The angel told me to kneel and look at him. Then it said, because of actions like this you will enter the kingdom of heaven & something else about God being pleased or something. Then it told me not to be afraid then touched my face with both of its giant hands and did something to my body through a light. Then I was allowed to leave wherever I was and went back into my dream. I don’t know what it did. Maybe it healed something? I don’t know.

Dry textured lips, whats going on?

Beginning yesterday morning when I woke up, my lips had the feeling of sandpaper when I rub them together. First I thought it was my chapstick that was gritty but after I wiped it off the feeling was still there. Thinking then it might just be dry skin on my lips, I exfoliated and that did not help. I looked closely in the mirror and there are tiny little bumps all over my lips. I just started running everyday, I run for a mile and walk two. This is an hour altogether. I am 19 year old female and weigh 179 but look 140-150. I actually want to go down to 140 but I don't think that will happen by August or September. I am a vegetarian (2 years) and I just stopped eating junk food totally, drinking mostly water, no soda, and I didn't really eat sweets before so that's not a problem since I don't crave it. I can do 43 push ups in a minute and 58 sit ups. What is causing my knee to lock up?

If I cross my legs a certain way or go from kneeling to sitting with my legs folded up next to me on one side, it causes my right knee to twist in a way that locks it up and will barely move. It is extremely painful, and trying to untwist my knee has at times literally brought me to tears. When it moves back into place, I see what appears to be a large ligament move and my knee pops, then everything is okay again. What could be causing this? I'm barely 18, so it's not age related, and both my knees are otherwise pain free.

Mt sister's shih tzu fell about two feet off the ground. Is she okay?

She was limping for about two minutes after she fell. We were worried she had fractured a bone. She landed laying down and she hit her head. We heard the fall. After about two minutes, though, she began to run around and hop as if nothing had happened. I had her in my arms and had knelt down to let her run around the floor, but she slipped off my arms before I could put her down. We checked her feet, paws, and head for signs of injuries but everything seems to be fine. She's not whinnying and doesn't cry when we examine her. She is about to turn four months. She's still running all over the place and doesn't seem to be hurting. I'm just worried since she was not limping, but kind of hopping for two minutes after she fell. Thanks.

I slipped and fell at walmart?

I slipped and fell in the produce department of wal-mart. I strained to try to keep from falling and came down in a kneeling position on my right knee. When I got up I walked with a limp and I reported it to wal-mart. The first employee who responded noticed the produce sprayer that sprayed water on the veggies was facing out in the walkway. I also noticed the floor was wet and there were rugs in front of the produce that were wet and no wet floor signs were in place. They took pics of where I fell there was a mark about a foot and half long on the floor where I slid and fell. They also said they took pics of the sprayer. I had a dirt mark mud type substance on my knee but they said they were not allowed to take pics of my knee. I filled out an incident report and went to ER a few hours later. Nothing broke put me off work 2 days, told me to follow up with my Dr, and offered pain meds which I told them I didn't want because I don't tolerate them well. Did not offer anything else for pain I called back next day to ask for something for pain said to take Motrin OTC four tabs 800mg. I followed up with my ortho dr on the second day I seen the PA in the walk in clinic best they could do. He viewed x-rays from ER said looked ok diagnosis right knee contusion and strain. Said to wear brace from 3-6 weeks till healed and if gets worse or starts to swell alot to come back. I am concerned because I have had problems with this knee in the past osteoarthritis, but have not been to Dr. in over 2 years. I am not sure if more problems will arise from this I still walk with limp and its sore and painful but only 2 days out from accident so who know what will come. Do I have a case and what am I entitled to? I read Wal-Mart cases are tough but I am sure they were negligent because sprayer was facing walk way and no wet floor signs were posted and I am sure rugs were in place because of the potential of water getting in the floor from the sprayers.

I have a picky eater?

My daughter is nine, and she eats practically no variety in foods - she'll find one food she likes and wants it every day for months. My diet meal, is it healthy?

ok i have seizures and its hard but here is something easy to understand. there are many types, maybe it was an absence seizure when you blank out for a minute and then get tired and dizzy and throw up or and also if it was that you wouldn't shake but you would feel stuffy and hot, if you do then your doc would tell you. So I went out to eat breakfast with my boyfriend. I ordered a rediculously huge meal and he said if I could possibly eat that all then he's gonna start calling me *Carley (she's a morbidly obese woman...her name is changed for private reasons). CV Boot Torn. Not clicking No symptoms yet. Drive on a 400 mile round trip highway trip?

I just found out I have a torn CV boot. I looked and its greasy under there and gritty and there is a large tear. I cant afford to fix it for a few weeks to maybe a month. My hypothyroidism was very tricky. I even had a test come back normal even though my levels were crazy. I'd say either find a new doctor (because yours doesn't seem very good) or contact and endocrinologist. I was convinced I had hypothyroidism even though people didn't believe me! So after you find a decent doctor you'll probably be wondering about medication. I have to take one pill a day and have regular blood tests to check my levels. Its really not as difficult to treat as it is to diagnose! Until then just take things one step at a time :)

I'm having trouble breathing after going up stairs and easy exercise and its been getting worse, is it bad?

also i have been diagnosed with asthma before but have not had a major problem since i was 13. It started recently a few days ago and every time i walk to the train station (which you have to walk a short uphill sidewalk from where i live) i cant breath afterwords and i have to sit down or kneel or it hurts, and it still hurts when sitting but it eases it more at least. I don't know if to go to the hospital because after a few minutes it does go a way with rest but the recovery time of feeling better has gotten longer. How do I know what to eat, how much and the right amount of exercise?

I have been struggling with my weight for years now. I always start exercising and do it for one and am unable to move the next day. I eat late at night often. I want to become a vegetarian so that I can lose weight sooner. I normally eat big meals and never any breakfast cuz a coffee with cream and 3 sugars. How can I keep myself motivated? I weigh 210lbs and am 5'10 in height. I do not exercise at all basically and when I do it I am usually too sore the next day. Way I try to exercise are walking swimming and rollerblading. I need to build endurance so I can exercise regularly without getting so sore. I am trying to quit smoking as well. I want to be fit without joining a gym. So far I k ow 3500 calories =1 lb ... when i take a left or sharp left the tranny acts like it in neutral and its in drive. Acts like in neutral in every gear u put it in. Including reverse. Until u shut it off and wait for a bit then start it again and most time get goin again like tranny is fine. Until u take a left again. Then whoop. Feel like neutral again. Hi,I used to be overweight (weighed about 160 lbs) when I was 14 my height is 5,10. I started dieting when I was 14 and a half years old because everybody at school bullied me, called me names, and obviously wanted a girlfriend . How do you start a lawn mower after winter?

I have a small, 5HP push mower and I had it running a couple days ago, but now when I try starting it, it would start for a brief 3-4 seconds top, and then stall. I don't know what the problem could be, my spark plug looks like it was in good shape, and I tried cleaning any grass out of the air filter, but now I think the problem lies in the gas or oil.
