Best instrumental for a movie?

We need an instrumental for a drug scene. Somebody is taking drugs, we don't want it to be like "YAY DRUGS" but rather the drugs are bad, the boy taking them is having a very bad time and the drugs are making it worse. Make it very gritty, hard, intense, etc... THANK YOU!
