Nikon Coolpix L22 Digital Camera question?

Alright, So last year for Christmas my dad bought me a Nikon CoolPix L22 and now I want to record video's for my youtube channel but I haven't played around enough with the camera to know about the video quality by that I mean on how to get the video's more clear? I tried recording my first video I say about 2 weeks ago but the quality of the video was kind of gritty/fuzzy is that a option on the camera where I can adjust it so that the video's are more clear??? Someone please let me know I appreciate it thank you
